Very high performance management" training course set up for the Côte d'Ivoire Chamber of Commerce and Industry

As part of the activities of the Côte d'Ivoire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 5-day training session in La Rochelle on "High Performance Management". The training will cover the following three themes

• Theme 1 - Leadership and teambuilding
• Theme 2 - Organisational diagnosis of your structure
• Theme 3 - Designing a change project

The specific objectives of these training sessions are :

• Master the main tools and approaches for strategic analysis of your organisation
• Draw up a change strategy and translate it into an operational action plan
• Encourage buy-in and support the change project
• Positioning yourself as a leader within the organisation

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• Recruitment and contract management of two trainers;
• Design and validation of training materials;
• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• Evaluating the training and issuing certificates to participants.
