Training on very-high-performance management

This project aims at providing three 5 days-training courses on "Very-high-performance management," in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire (CCI-CI), to 22 executive managers of Ivorian companies (12 people at the first session in April 2014, 8 people at the second session in September 2014, and 13 people at the third session in February 2015).

The first session took place from 21 to 25 April 2014 in La Rochelle (France) and the second session from 29 September to 3 October 2014 in La Rochelle.

The main points addressed during these training sessions were:

• Performing an organisational diagnosis
• Designing a change project
• Leadership and team building

The training also paved the way for the participants to exchange with French counterparts on their own corporate management.

The business leaders from Ivory Coast came from varying sectors, such as the service, industry or building and construction sectors.

This involved preparing and facilitating two 5 day-long training sessions at the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle (France) for a total of 22 Ivorian executive managers, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire (CCI-CI).

The training was based on theoretical contributions, case studies on the issues encountered by the participants, exchanges between the participants and the trainers, and professional exchanges/visits with French company managers (concerning the training sessions organised in La Rochelle, France).
