This project involved the training of trainers from Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2015 and was provided to executives from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Autorité de Régulation de la Commande Publique in French) in Burkina Faso. Following the training course, support was given for two days, on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 September, by a specialist in public procurement who regularly provides training for the Forhom Institute. The specialist assisted the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's agents in drawing up a training module on "Public procurement." The aim of the assignment was to ensure that, at the end of this assistance, the trained Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's agents would be equipped to be future trainers for the agents involved in public procurement within the various sectoral ministries and public organisations working with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
This involved preparing and facilitating a 5 day-long training course. Support was provided in drawing up a training module on public procurement. An assignment report was sent to each of the participants, along with training material in digital form (CR-ROM) and a training certificate.
