Training programme at the Ministry of Public Service of Burkina Faso

Within the framework of the Public Administration Modernisation Programme, the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Protection of Burkina Faso has requested Egis Forhom to organise three training sessions on the following topics

• The strategy of planning, monitoring and evaluation based on results (5 days of training from 26 to 30 October 2020)
• Keys to success for a successful management of your teams (4 days of training from 6 to 9 December 2021)
• Collaborative and participative management: digital, a new tool for organisational performance (4 training days from 13 to 16 December 2021)

The main objective of this training programme is to enable the executives of the ministry in charge of the public service of Burkina Faso to be equipped with new techniques and modes of management, whether at the strategic or operational level.

• The specific objectives of these training sessions are
• To understand Results-Based Management to improve performance in public organisations;
• To know how to use the new techniques and tools of management;
• To be able to support and motivate employees in a context of digital transformation.

The nature of the services provided for this training:

recruitment and management of the contracting of expert trainers
the design and validation of training materials
preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
the evaluation of the training and the delivery of certificates to trainees.
