Training on "Preventing and managing claims and litigation"

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP, Autorité de Régulation des Marchés Publics in French) of Togo requested that the Forhom Institute build the capacities of its regulatory advisers in terms of preventing and managing litigation in public procurement.

Following this request, the Forhom Institute organised a 10 day-long training course in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (France) on the subject of "Preventing and managing claims and litigation."

This training course was held from 14 to 25 September 2015, and included three topics:

  • Topic 1 - Preventing litigation in public procurement
  • Topic 2 - Analysing and handling claims
  • Topic 3 - Litigation, disputes and arbitration

This course was facilitated by three trainers who contributed to providing training on this subject in France and who frequently work abroad. It was provided for 8 regulatory advisers from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) of Togo.
