Training plan implementation - Caisse des dépôts et consignations de Côte d'Ivoire. Phase 2

Following the first training plan implemented by Forhom by Egis in 2023-2024, Expertise France and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations de Côte d'Ivoire have renewed their confidence in Forhom by Egis by entrusting it with the continuation of the training plan over a further six-month period. The training plan is structured around 4 themes:

• The investment business,
• Financial professions
• Risk management,
• Cross-functional themes.

The teaching methods used focus on operational aspects, drawing on the experience of participants and facilitating the transfer of skills through real-life professional situations. The course is implemented using four teaching methods:

• Face-to-face training: The training takes place over several days and aims to provide theoretical, technical and practical elements based on a skills-based approach in an active learning environment.
• Distance learning: Distance learning courses are also tailor-made, alternating between exchanges in virtual classes and workshops to be carried out remotely, made up of teaching resources and individual exercises tutored and corrected by the expert involved.
• Experience-sharing workshops: Based on mentoring and analysis of practices, learners will co-construct their professional practice with an experienced counterpart who will be able to pass on best practice and share tools and feedback.
• Coaching: This is a form of support that complements an initial training course, and makes it easier to apply what has been learnt in day-to-day professional life, and to assess what has been learnt, strengths and areas for improvement.

Preparation and implementation of skills-building initiatives in 10 new areas:

• Analysis of the solvency of local authorities
• Setting up an investment fund
• Support for SMEs
• Structuring real estate projects
• IFRS / SYSCOHADA standards
• Consolidation of accounts and repporting by subsidiaries
• Sustainable financing mechanisms and the agricultural and agri-food value chain
• Strategic management and performance management
• Project management
