Training on the Organic Law on Finance Laws (LOLF) and its procedures for implementation

This project involved a tailor-made training course on "The Organic Law on Finance Laws (LOLF) and its procedures for implementation." It lasted for two weeks and was provided to 12 executives from the Public Finance Reform Management Unit (UGR, Unité de Gestion de la Réforme des Finances Publiques in French) of Benin.

This training course took place from Monday 24 February to Friday 7 March 2014 at the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle, France.

The main topics addressed were:

• The Organic Law on Finance Laws (LOLF): innovations, implementation tools, budgetary documents and their content, commitment authorisation and payment credits.
• Multi-annual programming: at the central level, threshold distribution model and procedures for intra-sector distribution.

This involved preparing and facilitating a two week-long training course at the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle, France.
