Training on "Monitoring and evaluation of public policies in the context of RBM".

As part of the capacity-building activities of the Cour des Comptes of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 7-day training session in Paris on "Monitoring and evaluating public policies within the framework of RBM". The training is organized for a group of 15 Advocates General and Magistrates of the Cour des Comptes, and has the following pedagogical objectives:

• Understand the importance, nature and limits of public policy.
• Master the key concepts of public policy evaluation.
• Be able to implement a public policy and an effective monitoring-evaluation system.
• Manage the evaluation of a public policy, and use and valorize the results of this evaluation.

The training is structured around the following two themes:

• Theme 1 - Monitoring and evaluation of public policies
• Theme 2 - IMPLEMENTING PUBLIC POLICY EVALUATION

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• Recruitment and contract management of the 2 trainers;
• Design and validation of training materials;
• Preparation and implementation of training logistics;
• Logistical management of participants: airport reception, accommodation, meals, local transport, etc.
• Training evaluation and awarding of certificates to participants.
