Training on "Managing the wage bill in the state civil service" for Benin's DGB

Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run an 8-day training session in La Rochelle on "Managing the payroll of the state civil service", as part of the capacity-building program for the Benin General Directorate (DGB).

The training will cover the following four topics:

• Theme 1 - The concept of payroll
• Theme 2 - Payroll management and social management control
• Theme 3 - The challenges of payroll management in the French civil service
• Theme 4 - Career management and payroll procedures

The specific objectives of these training sessions are :

Master payroll forecasting methods

• Establish the determinants of payroll dynamics in the civil service
• Improve the monitoring of headcount and the methods used to calculate requirements
• Respond to the challenges of controlling the wage bill and strengthening its management
• Facilitate communication and management dialogue

The nature of the services provided for this training :

• Recruitment and contract management of two trainers;
• Design and validation of training materials;
• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• Training evaluation and delivery of certificates to participants
