Training on "Major airport projects" for Togo's Ministry of Transport and BETA

As part of the Ministry of Transport's capacity-building program, Forhom by Egis was chosen to prepare and run a 5-day training session in La Rochelle on "Major airport projects". The training session was attended by 4 participants

The training covers the following three themes:

• Theme 1 - Setting up and sizing an airport project

• Theme 2 - Technical aspects and scope of services

• Theme 3 - The main phases in implementing an airport project

The training objectives are as follows

• Understand the challenges and key success factors of an airport project

• Acquire the approach and methodological tools for programming an airport project

• Identify the main stages in the development of an airport project.

The nature of the services provided for this training course:

• Recruitment and contract management of a trainer ;

• organization of a site visit to La Rochelle airport and a meeting with the airport manager

• Design and validation of training materials;

• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;

• Evaluation of training and award of certificates to participants.
