Training on "Cost Accounting in Decentralised Local Authorities (DLA)

Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 5-day training session in La Rochelle on "Cost Accounting in Decentralised Local Authorities" for three agents of the Douala Urban Community.

The training covers the following four themes, namely

Theme 1 - The principles of cost accounting in local authorities Theme 2 - The treatment of expenses and cost calculation methods Theme 3 - Analysis and reporting tools for cost accounting in local authorities Theme 4 - Rules for setting up cost accounting in local authorities in Cameroon

The specific objectives of these training sessions are

• To master the basic concepts and principles of cost accounting;
• To set up the rules for the treatment of expenses in the framework of local government management;
• To master the methods of evaluation and calculation of costs in cost accounting;
• To set up analytical and reporting tools for cost accounting in local authorities

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• recruitment and management of the contracting of the trainer ;
• the design and validation of training materials;
• preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• the evaluation of the training and the delivery of certificates to participants.
