Training on “Computerised Monitoring-Evaluation of Programmes and Projects” and “Top Management”

As part of the implementation, by the Government of the Congo with support from the African Development Bank, of the Investment Climate and Sectoral Governance Support Project (PACIGOF), five top managers of the Ministry in charge of small- and medium-sized companies, craftsmanship and the informal sector in the Congo requested assistance from the Forhom Institute to strengthen their capacities on the following aspects:

• Training course 1: Computerised monitoring-evaluation and coordination of programmes and projects

Training course 2: Top management: strategic management and performance management

This tailor-made training course (20 days) was facilitated on both sites of the Forhom Institute: at Egis’ head office in Paris/Guyancourt and in La Rochelle.

The services that were provided are as follows:

• mobilisation of and contracting with the trainers;
• instructional design of the training course and management of the training materials;
• facilitation of the training courses;

preparation and dispatch of the evaluation report, issuance of the training certificates and delivery of the training documents in electronic format.
