Training and coaching on "Modern human resources management"

This project involved organising and providing training and coaching on "Modern human resources management" to two executives from the Human Resources Department of the Special Fund for Equipment and Inter-Municipal Intervention (FEICOM, Fonds Spécial d'Equipement et d'Intervention Intercommunale in French) in Cameroon. The training course lasted for two weeks, from 24 March to 4 April 2014.

It took place at the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle and in Paris, France. During this training course, meetings with their French counterparts were organised.

The main points addressed were:

- How to manage HR processes.

- How to develop your structure's HR strategy.

This involved preparing and facilitating a 2 week-long training course for two executives from the Special Fund for Equipment and Inter-Municipal Intervention (FEICOM, Fonds Spécial d'Equipement et d'Intervention Intercommunale in French). Training and coaching were the teaching methods used, along with individual work sessions on the situations specific to each participant in connection with human resources management, and professional meetings/visits with counterparts from French HR companies.
