Training of Ageroute executives in Ivory Coast

The overall objective of this project is to build the technical and managerial capacities of AGEROUTE's personnel through the provision of operational training modules which meet requirements and encourage active teaching methods. Seven training topics were selected for the year 2016:

• Management of infrastructure projects
• Geotechnics of structures and roads in the design phase
• Economic assessment of infrastructure projects
• Rehabilitation of pavements using the method of recycling existing materials
• Performance indicators and monitoring-evaluation system
• Environmental and social monitoring and supervision of projects
• Environmental and impact assessment of projects
• The seven sessions organised in Abidjan correspond to a total length of 10 effective weeks of training provided.

The Forhom Institute is responsible for fully implementing AGEROUTE's training plan for the year 2016, from the design of each training module and the preparation of teaching content and material, to the provision of the training sessions to the structure's engineers and technicians.
The Forhom Institute is also in charge of the logistical organisation of each training session (leasing of the rooms, availability of the learning material, coffee breaks, etc.).
