Training on "Administrative and financial management of public institutions"

Preparation and implementation of a training for 4 executives of the Economic Observatory of Fisheries and Aquaculture (OEPA) of Madagascar on "administrative and financial management of public institutions". The training will take place at the Institut Forhom in La Rochelle (France) from Monday 05 to Tuesday 13 August 2019.

The objectives of the training were to :

• Ensure the proper administrative and financial management of a public administrative institution.
• To carry out effective monitoring and permanent control.
• Understand the audit process and prepare an audit mission of a public administrative institution.

The training was based on the following themes:

• Theme 1 - Administrative management and implementation of procedures
• Theme 2 - Methods and tools for financial management
• Theme 3 - Strengthening internal control, meeting audit requirements

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• recruitment and management of the contracting of the expert trainer ;
• the design and validation of the training materials;
• preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• the evaluation of the training and the delivery of certificates to the participants.
