Forhom by Egis was entrusted with the training of executives from the Central Bank of the Congo on team management and change management.

Three 5-day sessions were organised in Kinshasa in the premises of the bank, from 23 September to 10 October 2019.

The objectives were as follows:

  • Developing behaviours suited to the various managerial situations
  • Improving the effectiveness of managers and of their teams
  • Controlling a change process

The training course dealt with three topics:

  • Topic 1: Positioning oneself as leader in serving results
  • Topic 2: Team management: gathering and developing a winning team
  • Topic 3: Change management

  • Mobilisation of an expert trainer
  • Preparation of the training materials and case studies, and facilitation of the three sessions
  • Provision of the training materials (in electronic format) to the participants

Drawing-up of a training report and dispatch of this report to the Client, with the training certificates to be handed over to the participants.
