Tailor-made training sessions on human resources management

The Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG, Banque Centrale de la République de Guinée in French) requested that the Forhom Institute train its structure's personnel. Five training modules, each lasting for 5, 3 or 2 days, were organised on the following topics:

• Results-based management (RBM) and team building: two sessions, respectively lasting for 2 and 5 days, for top managers and managers.
• Crafting of core competency and skills reference guides, job classification and job suitability: one session lasting for 5 days.
• Management of careers and pay: one session lasting for 3 days.
• Setting up of a HR information system: one session lasting for 5 days. These training sessions were held in Conakry from November 2015 to January 2016.

The Forhom Institute provided the following services:

• Mobilisation of three expert trainers in human resources management.
• Preparation and facilitation of the training sessions.
• Delivery of certificates and teaching material to all of the participants.
