Tailor-made training on "Quality management"

The Central Coordination Office (BCECO, Bureau Central de Coordination in French) has entered itself into the ISO 9001 (version 2008) quality certification process. To be able to achieve BCECO's certification in the medium term, it is important that the managers involved in BCECO's quality management system process be better equipped.

Within this framework, the Forhom Institute prepared and facilitated two training sessions for forty executives from BCECO on "Quality management."

Each of the two training sessions lasted for 10 days. They were performed in Kinshasa and were scheduled from 21 July to 1 August and from 18 to 29 August 2014.

The main points addressed were the following:

• Creating a quality project
• Sustaining the quality system and the continuous improvement approach
• The quality audit

This involved preparing and facilitating two training sessions, each lasting for 10 days.

Training support material was prepared and the sessions were facilitated.

CD-ROMs and certificates were sent at the end of the training sessions.
