Tailor-made training on the “Organisation and management of state, retirement and old age pensions of public agents of the State”

This project involved preparing and facilitating a 10 day-long training course for 10 officials from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for the National Pension Fund, on the "Organisation and management of state, retirement and old age pensions of public agents of the State."

This training course was provided from Tuesday 29 March to Friday 8 April 2016 within the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle, France.

The main points addressed were:

• Understanding social protection
• Outline of the retirement/old-age pension branch
• Outline of the collection branch and its funding
• Strategic management: from the Planning and Management Agreement to the business project

This involved preparing and facilitating a 2 week-long training course within the Forhom Institute, which included the organisation of meetings with the pension management bodies of the French civil service.
