Tailor-made Training Course – Training of Trainers and Support/Coaching for the Development of Training Materials in the Field of Taxation

The Tax Directorate of the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of the Congo entrusted the Forhom Institute with organising two trainer training sessions and providing support/coaching services for the development of training materials in the field of taxation.

The tailor-made training course (16 days in total) was organised as follows:

- two trainer training sessions in Kinshasa (three days each) attended by a pool of trainers selected by the Tax Directorate;

- remote coaching/support to these trainers to assist them in the preparation of training materials in the field of taxation, with the organisation of two workshops on site, in Kinshasa, facilitated by the tax expert: a first workshop dedicated to the assessment of needs, and a second one for the validation of training needs.

The services provided by the Forhom Institute were as follows:

- mobilisation and contracting of the two experts/trainers;

- preparation and approval of the pedagogical materials;

- preparation and dispatch of the pedagogical documents, the training report and the training certificates.
