Tailor-made training course on "Strategic workforce planning: knowing how to set it up"

This project involved preparing and providing a training course for the Port of Djibouti on "Strategic workforce planning: knowing how to set it up," which took place from 2 to 6 November 2013. The training course's target public was Port of Djibouti agents who are responsible for setting up strategic workforce planning within the structure.

It was carried out in Djibouti. The main topics addressed were:

• preparing the strategic workforce planning project;
• assessing the quality of the resource and identifying the issues;
• setting up measures to resolve the issues with skills;
• designing and conducting a strategic workforce planning project.

This involved preparing and facilitating a 5 day-long training course on strategic workforce planning in Djibouti.
