Tailor-made training : Collaborative and participative management

Forhom by Egis prepared and led a 5-day training course on the theme of Collaborative and Participative Management: Digital, a new tool for organisational performance, for the benefit of 4 executives from the Togo Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.

The main objectives of this training course were as follows:
