The Central Bank of the Congo (BCC) has taken on a process of implementing an Employment and Expertise Plan (GPEC), and requested that the Forhom Institute accompany it in this task.
Within this framework, a first training activity on the topic of “Crafting core competency and skills reference guides” took place in June 2013 at the Forhom Institute in La Rochelle, France. This training course provided training to 4 executives from the BCC on how to craft core competency and skills reference guides and helped define the main lines for the implementation of the GPEC approach within the BCC.
The BCC wishes to extend this activity through technical assistance which will allow for:
The BCC has therefore requested the Forhom Institute to provide its support in implementing the GPEC.
Technical assistance is based on the principle of joint development of the tools and procedures necessary to the implementation of the GPEC within the BCC.
To achieve this, the proposed support is based on a project team which includes fifteen executives from the BCC. The Consultant's approach rests on an alternation of:
The Forhom Institute will mobilise two international consultants for a total length of 18 months. (7 staff-months of work in total)
