Organisational diagnosis and development of HR strategy for performance management

Egis Forhom has been selected to prepare and run a 1-day training session in La Rochelle on "Strategic management: organisational diagnosis and development of the HR strategy for performance management" for six employees of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti.

The training will focus on the following four themes

Theme 1 - Organisational diagnosis of the structure
Theme 2 - The strategic dashboard and performance management
Theme 3 - Developing HR strategy
Theme 4 - Developing a training plan

The specific objectives of the training are as follows

• Identify the performance levers of the organisation
• To master the development of dashboards as a management tool
• Develop a strategic and prospective approach to HRM
• Define the training needs of the organisation, draw up the training plan and manage the implementation of training actions

The training takes place at Forhom by Egis in La Rochelle, France

The nature of the services provided for this training:

recruitment and management of the contracting of trainers ;
Design and validation of training materials;
preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
evaluation of the training and delivery of certificates to trainees.
