INTRA training course on ‘Advanced management techniques’

Forhom was selected by GIZ to prepare and lead a five-day training session in La Rochelle entitled ‘Advanced Management Techniques’ for a group of eight senior officials from the Court of Auditors and the National Assembly of Benin. The training covers the following three topics:

· Module 1: Positioning yourself as a leader focused on results

· Module 2: Team management: building and developing a winning team

· Module 3: Change management

The educational objectives of the training are:

• To develop behaviours adapted to different managerial situations.
• To improve your own effectiveness and that of your teams (team building).
• To master the change process.

The nature of the services provided for this training course:

• Recruitment and management of the contracts for two trainers;
• Design and approval of training materials;
• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training course;
• Evaluation of the training course and awarding of certificates to participants.
