Implementation of 2 Human Resources training courses for the WAEMU Commission

As part of the technical capacity building programme for UEMOA Commission staff, Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run two training sessions on "EVALUATION AND CAPITALISATION OF A TRAINING PLAN" and "TRAINING-ACTION: FORWARD MANAGEMENT OF JOBS AND SKILLS".

These two training courses, each lasting 4 days, took place in Paris in April and June 2024.

The "EVALUATION AND CAPITALISATION OF A TRAINING PLAN" training programme is :

• Evaluating the training plan

• Capitalising on the progress of a training plan

• Coaching: working on your training plan

The "TRAINING-ACTION: FORWARD MANAGEMENT OF JOBS AND SKILLS" training programme is:

• The skills management approach and tools

• Field visit and coaching

The nature of the services provided for this training course:
Recruitment and management of the contracting of two speakers;
Design and validation of training materials;
Logistical management of the training (8 days of training in Paris).
