In house training "Performance audit: methodology for assessing performance against objectives".

Egis Forhom was selected by the European Development Fund's National Authorising Officer Support Unit (CAON) to train 25 executives from public institutions in charge of the implementation of performance evaluation.

The training took place in Yaoundé from 11 to 15 December and was led by a trainer from Forhom by Egis specialising in organisational performance.

The objectives of the training were to :

• Know the standards, practices and tools of performance auditing.
• To know how to use the reference documents (manual and practical guide) related to performance measurement and auditing.
• Define the different stages and know how to carry out a performance audit mission.

The training was structured around the following themes:

THEME 1 - RBM issues and performance measurement in the context of public finance reform

THEME 2 - Fundamental concepts and tools of performance audit

THEME 3 - Performance audit methodology

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• recruitment and management of the contracting of the expert trainer ;
• design and validation of training materials and delivery of training materials
• the facilitation of the training;
• evaluation of the training and delivery of certificates to trainees.
