In house training "Change management in the implementation of public policies"

Preparation and delivery of a high-level training seminar for a delegation of ten decision-makers and senior officials from the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Protection of Burkina Faso on "Change management in the implementation of public policies".

The training took place at the Institut Forhom in La Rochelle on 13 and 14 December 2019.

The objectives of the training were to:

  • Strengthen the techniques and practices of managers and senior officials of the State;
  • To master a change process;
  • To manage a public policy evaluation and to use and valorise the results of this evaluation.

This seminar has been designed to meet the expectations of decision-makers at the highest level. The first day will be dedicated to the evaluation of public policies and the second day to the management of change in a context of reform. This seminar has been designed to meet the specific needs of the Burkina Faso Ministry of the Civil Service and will be illustrated by specific cases that respond to the problems encountered by the reform actors.
