Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 10-day training session in La Rochelle on "GPEEC and advanced HR techniques" as part of the technical capacity-building programme for staff at the Madagascan Ministry of Health. This session was organised for 7 agents from the Ministry's HR department. The training focused on the following two themes

Theme 2- Acquisition of advanced HR techniques
The objectives of the training were to
To identify the links between HR strategy, forward-looking workforce management and action plans.
Know how to draw up a job directory and a skills repository.
Knowing how to deploy a complete system for forecasting and matching human resources to the needs of the administration (GPEEC cycle).
Designing and implementing HR policies as part of a multi-year master plan.
Managing action plans for recruitment, onboarding, training, mobility, appraisal and remuneration.
Understand the challenges and requirements of computerising GPEEC and HR processes.
