Fundamentals, practices for setting up and managing a public-private partnership (PPP) project

Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 6-day training session in La Rochelle on "Fundamentals, practices for setting up and managing a public-private partnership (PPP) project" for five staff members of the Togolese Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP).The training covers the following four themes :Theme 1 - Issues and identification of a PPP project Theme 2 - Preparing and contracting a PPP projectThe specific objectives of these training sessions are

• To understand the challenges of a public-private partnership
• To master the stages of implementation of a PPP project
• Know how to prepare the legal provisions adapted to the PPP project
• The training takes place at Egis Conseil's offices in Montreuil, France.

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• recruitment and management of the contracting of the trainer ;
• design and validation of training materials;
• preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• the evaluation of the training and the delivery of certificates to participants.
