Framework agreement: educational productions as part of the training programme at the "Ecole des Territoires"

The "Ecole des Territoires" of the Banque Des Territoires is setting up training courses aimed mainly at sales teams: Territorial Directors and Territorial Development Officers. Forhom by Egis has been awarded lots 3 and 4 of the framework agreement relating to the educational productions of the training courses offered by the "Ecole des Territoires". The Lot 3 concerns the **preparation and delivery of face-to-face or distance learning courses and the running of learner communities.**The aim of the training courses is to provide approaches and tools to enable Territorial Directors and Territorial Development Officers to be more effective in their commercial approach, particularly to :

• Communicate the values and offer of the Banque des Territoires
• Be attentive to expectations and opportunities
• Building a relationship of trust, facilitating, negotiating and bringing projects to life.

Facilitating communities of learners: Organised by theme, we set up peer-to-peer forums for exchanging and sharing experiences, with experts providing insights on each subject.

Using a distance learning platform with a "social learning" dimension, these areas are open to regional development officers who find them useful:

• Distance learning modules (micro-learning)
• Educational resources and documentation on the subject in question (in various forms: articles, technical fact sheets, videos, etc.)
• A discussion forum where members can exchange ideas and ask questions.

The Lot 4 is devoted to the production of educational case studies, meeting the needs of business reinforcement in all the areas in which the Banque des Territoires operates, and in particular on :

• Ecological and energy transition,
• The social economy,
• Real estate and housing,
• Mobility, low-carbon mobility,
• Social medical projects,
• Urban regeneration and smart cities,
• Digital transition and data management,
• Etc.

Facilitating communities of learners over the period from October 2022 to September 2023.

**Preparation and running of "capstone projects" **in September 2023 and April 2024. The aim is to get around ten people to work collectively on local projects. The themes of the selected workshops are as follows

• Brownfield redevelopment
• Housing vacancies
• Energy-efficient renovation of buildings,
• Commercial revitalisation of town centres,
• Building redevelopment,
• Tourist development and attractiveness,
• Setting up a public health establishment.

Preparing and running a case study on structuring and setting up regional projects. This case study led to a certificate of competence issued by the Banque des Territoires.

Development of training materials for the Banque des Territoires' "Asset Disposal" course, including the following sequences:

• Strategic context of the sale to the Banque des Territoires (portfolio development, territorial analysis, eligibility criteria),
• Analysis of applicable rules, analysis of commitments, legal tools for disposal, economic analysis,
• Valuation of a property asset,
• Commercial property decree (feedback)
