Formations des agents de l'ARMP du Sénégal en Enquêtes, régulation et marchés publics

Under the Economic Governance Project financed by the World Bank, it is planned to reinforce the unit responsible for ARMP investigations so that it can work efficiently. To this end, the Institute Forhom is providing four weeks of theoretical and practical training to the ARMP officers responsible for investigations and the senior ARMP managerial staff. This will take place from 18 February to 30 June 2013.

A 4-week training course in Dakar for ARMP investigators and senior ARMP staff in Senegal on :

• Public procurement, public service delegation and partnership contracts
• Money laundering
• Regulation of public contracts
• Investigations into public contracts, public service delegations and PPPs

The purpose of this training is to ensure that the ARMP officers have better tools so that they can deal diligently with denunciations of corrupt practices or irregularities in procurements, the public service delegations and partnership contracts, in order to clean up the public procurement environment.

Provision of four training providers to facilitate four weeks of training in Dakar for ARMP officers responsible for investigations and senior managerial staff in:

• Money laundering, 4-8 March 2013
• Regulation of public procurement, 27-31 March 2013
• Investigations of public procurements, public service delegations and private-public partnerships, 24-28 June 2013
