Feasibility study for financial support from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), in partnership with CS2PC-THR, to help Madagascar's Institut National de Tourisme et de l'Hôtellerie (INTH) define and implement its 5-year development strategy, including support in setting up its new functions as a sector certification center and train-the-trainer center. The project resulting from this feasibility study will position INTH as a reference center for vocational training in the sector.
The implementation of the feasibility study corresponds to the following task description:
Component 1: Carry out an in-depth diagnosis of INTH's current operations and positioning
Component 2: Support INTH in drawing up its 5-year consolidation and development strategy and define the support needed to implement this strategy.
Component 3: Study the technical, financial and legal feasibility of AFD financing to provide the necessary support for the implementation of INTH Antananarivo and Nosy Be's consolidation and development strategy.
