"Electronic Document Management (EDM)" training course

Forhom by Egis trained 5 executives of the national electricity company of the DRC in electronic document management using Novaxel software.

The training content was based on the following points:

• Presentation of the document audit
• Creation of a typical tree structure on the NOVAXEL software
• Installation of the NOVAXEL software
• Administrators of the NOVAXEL solution
• Users of the NOVAXEL solution

• Logistical organisation of reception and training management
• Management and supervision of the teaching service
• Supply of a pack of 5 licences of the chosen software and a scanner suitable for EDM
