Creation of an e-learning training course in healthcare product procurement

Forhom was commissioned to develop an e-learning platform for capacity building in the logistical management of healthcare products, to enable stakeholders in the central and departmental supply chains and healthcare institutions to benefit from high-quality distance learning.
Development of two basic modules:

Module 2: Healthcare product procurement process

Performance of the procurement process

The project is being implemented in 4 stages:

• Analysis of the ministry's needs
• Choice of distance learning platform
• Development of training modules: content, storytelling, pedagogical progression, deployment
• Transfer of skills
