The UEMOA Commission has equipped itself with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which is currently being implemented. The HRD wishes to make it, as far as possible, an integrated management tool for all the Commission's HR processes.
This training course is organised to provide the actors involved in the modernisation of HR processes with all the skills needed to make decisions and to master the needs analysis and the stages of a collaborative platform development approach for training management.
The design and implementation of this training action is part of the digitisation of some HR processes planned in the framework of the PARCI and on own resources as well as in the framework of the deployment of the annual training programme 2022.

In this context, Forhom by Egis has been asked to provide support to the Coordination Unit of the Integrated Capacity Building Programme and the HR department of UEMOA to prepare and carry out a training course on the digitalisation of HR and training processes within the UEMOA.
