Benchmark des solutions de Mobile Learning

The purpose of this service is to provide the Ecole Des Territoires with a technical solution for creating and distributing micro-learning modules:

• Creation platform in Saas mode (Software As A Service) hosted by the contractor,
• Distribution of micro-learning modules on smartphones (IOS and Android) and computers (Windows).

Particular attention will be paid to the following issues:

• Compatibility with the new offering currently deployed within the School of Territories: transfer of content, data, etc.
• Compatibility with existing LMS (API or dev), SSO, etc.
• Content formats Resource library management
• Ergonomics, gamification possibilities, etc.
• Compliance with data security criteria, in particular hosting on infrastructures located in Europe by major players in the market.
• Compliance with RGPD standards
• General conditions of use and response times in the event of serious or minor blocking anomalies.
• The implementation deadline.
