Annual training courses in France: "Results-based management - management by performance" and "Monitoring and evaluation of programmes and projects (RBM)".

Preparation and implementation of 3 to 4 week training courses on Results-Based Management with skills certification offered in partnership with the Bordeaux School of Political Science. Since 2015, 160 managers have been trained at the La Rochelle site.

The courses cover :

Results-based management - performance-based management: a 3-week course offered each year. Since 2015, 54 managers have been trained and 28 candidates have passed the skills certification. The topics covered are:

• Performance: a challenge for the public sector.
• Operational breakdown of performance into missions, programmes and actions
• Steering, controlling and auditing the performance system

Monitoring and evaluation of programmes and projects (results-based management): 4-week training course, offered twice a year. Since 2015, 106 managers have been trained and 37 candidates have passed the skills certification. The topics covered are:

• Results-based programme or project management (RBM)
• Steering through a monitoring and evaluation system
• Practice of programme and project evaluation

Preparation and implementation of 12 training sessions of 3 to 4 weeks each, i.e. 3 sessions per year since 2015.

Mobilisation and monitoring of trainers: 3 specialists per training session

Preparation and monitoring of skills certification tests for each of the 12 sessions, in partnership with the Bordeaux School of Political Science.

Welcoming and accompanying participants.

Delivery of an educational package to each participant, including paper and digital support materials, books related to the topics covered and access to a collaborative platform.
