Animating learners @-communauties

Banque des Territoires has set up a collaborative distance learning platform combining 3 main functions:

• Knowledge management: The platform is a Learning Management System (LMS) enabling the distribution of training courses on any type of medium: desktop, tablet or mobile.
• Database of learning resources: This platform makes a variety of resources available to learners, including documents, podcasts and videos. These resources should be classified by type and theme and accessible by groups of learners.
• Social Learning: The platform facilitates asynchronous and synchronous audio and video exchanges between learners and experts. Each member of a group (learners and experts) must be able to organise a synchronous sharing session.

This service consists of running @-communities of learners on various themes linked to the "Small Towns of Tomorrow" Programme:

• Ecological and energy transition
• Revitalising town centres
• Housing and social housing
• Mobility
• Smart city

In order to keep these communities alive, a community manager and experts from Forhom by Egis are mobilised with a view to :

• Create micro-events to provide a testimonial, feedback, focus on a method, best practice, etc. in synchronous form.
• Answer members' questions
• Provide additional information (or correct any inaccuracies in participants' comments)
• Offer feedback and best practice.
