Design and implementation of the training plan for the network of Permanent Centres for Environmental Initiatives (CPIE) based on three main priorities:
Territorial anchoring component:
A1- Structuring strategic and effective territorial monitoring
A2 - Forging links with stakeholders in the territory and enriching partnerships
Socio-economic model component
B1 - Understanding the fundamentals of associative socio-economic models
B2 - Qualifying and analysing one's socio-economic model
B3 - Managing a team in a collaborative mode
Professional techniques and practices’ component
C1 - Building on the network's communication strategy to develop one's communication skills
C2 - Facilitation of Joint Action (FAC): what is it?
C3 - Developing the role of facilitator of joint action
It is aimed at all salaried teams and administrators of CPIE and regional CPIE unions.
Preparation and facilitation of training activities lasting between 0.5 and 6 days, most of which combine face-to-face and distance learning.
