Support for the implementation of GPEEC – SKILLS-BASED MANAGEMENT

Forhom has been selected to assist the MFG subsidiary of the CEVITAL group in implementing job and skills reference frameworks within the MFG subsidiary.

The assignment consists of two phases:

The first phase (development of job and skills reference frameworks) aims to provide MFG with a job directory and a skills reference framework.

The second phase (operationalization of the approach) aims to integrate the standards into all HR processes and optimize them (recruitment, training, mobility, evaluation, etc.). A plan to adapt the HRIS will also be developed.

Support is based on the principle of jointly developing the tools and procedures needed to implement GPEEC within the MFG subsidiary. The consultant's approach is based on alternating between:

support missions for the project team within the MFG subsidiary, with the aim of transferring skills and designing the tools and procedures to be put in place,

training sessions for those involved in implementing the approach,

and remote support to assist the project team with the implementation work.

Forhom is mobilizing an international expert for a total of eight months, as well as a back-stopping team for a total of 71 man-days of intervention.
