Setting up a training course on "Forward-looking management of jobs and skills".

As part of the capacity building programme for SENELEC staff, SENELEC has been selected to provide a 4-day training course on "Forward-looking management of jobs and skills". The course will cover the following two topics:

The training objectives are as follows:

• To master the construction of an operational skills repository
• To master the principles and tools for analysing jobs within an organisation
• Master the steps involved in setting up a forward-looking management of jobs and skills process

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• Designing and validating training materials;

• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;

• Evaluating the training and issuing certificates to participants.
