HR Expertise

This study involves estimating the budgetary impact of HR measures linked to the relocation of a company specialising in contract packaging (industrial processes for processing liquefied gases, solvents and flammable liquids), following the construction of a new railway line.

The case studied raises three types of issue:

  • The costs generated by the refusal of certain employees to follow the course.
  • The costs incurred by replacing these employees (posts left vacant leading to recruitment and training (before/after iso-staffing reasoning).
  • The costs generated by the HR and social treatment of employees who agree to continue working at the new site.
  • The study includes the identification of factors that could potentially reduce or increase the estimates made.
