Training in "Monitoring & Evaluation" for UNFPA

As part of the capacity-building program for the United Nations Population Fund teams in Benin, Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 10-day training session in Grand Popo on "Monitoring and evaluation". The training session was attended by 20 participants.

The training focused on the following two themes:

• Theme 1 - Steering through a monitoring-evaluation system
• Theme 2 - The practice and results of program and project evaluation.

The training objectives are as follows

• to design, implement and organize a monitoring-evaluation system
• Acquire an approach and master evaluation tools

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• Recruitment and contract management of a trainer;
• Design and validation of training materials;
• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• Training evaluation and delivery of certificates to participants.
