The main objectives of this training course consisted in developing the behaviours and postures suited to the various management situations, improving the overall team performance, and apprehending and controlling a change process.

Three topics were dealt with:

Topic 1 – Acting as leader to achieve results

  • Acting as team leader and builder
  • Adjusting the management style to the situation and the collaborator
  • Putting communication at the service of action
  • Improving the performance of collaborators

Topic 2 – Team management: building and developing a winning team

  • Characteristics of an efficient team: team self-diagnosis
  • Team building dynamics • How to generate and strengthen team spirit
  • Team meetings: a tool at the service of collective performance

Topic 3 – Change management

  • Dynamics for change
  • Designing a change project
  • Mobilising in favour of change
  • Leading and managing change
