Each batch is structured in the same way:

  • A part of face-to-face teaching at the School of Urban Renewal lasting 2 or 3 days depending on the batch.
  • A 3-hour post-training course which will take place approximately one month after the face-to-face training. This virtual class will take the form of an exchange and will focus on the participants' feedback and the current state of affairs on the subject.
  • A virtual class, with a more general aim, aimed at a public of decision-makers (elected representatives, local authority executives).

Each training course will be composed of modules including a reminder of the theoretical bases and a large place left to a practical approach and experience sharing. Thus, the methodology used favours the operational aspects by relying on the participants' experiences and facilitating the transfer of skills through professional situations: exercises, case studies applied to the participants' situations, role plays, etc.

For each training course, each time devoted to the theoretical aspect of the module in question is followed by a practical application coached by the trainer.
