Training on Proximity Management and Commercial Approach

The Forhom Institute organised two training sessions in June 2018 to build the capacities of Egis Cameroun’s teams.

Training on “Structuring one’s commercial approach”

The training course dealt with the following:

  • Defining the structure’s commercial objectives: actions, means and resources to be set up.
  • Organising, succeeding in and monitoring one’s commercial missions over time.

The topics that were developed as part of this session were:

  • Topic 1: Understanding and implementing the strategy of one’s firm.
  • Topic 2: Organising and monitoring one’s commercial approach.

Training on "Proximity management”

The objectives of the training course were as follows:

  • Improving the managers’ techniques and practices.
  • Developing behaviours suited to the various managerial situations.
  • Improving one’s effectiveness and the effectiveness of one’s teams (team building).

This training course was based on the following topics:

  • Topic 1: Leadership: how to organise to be more efficient.

Topic 2: Team management: how to organise and involve one’s staff.

This six-day tailor-made training course was facilitated in Yaoundé by an international expert trainer of the Forhom Institute.

The services provided were as follows:

  • Mobilisation and management of the trainer.
  • Educational design of the training course and management of the training materials.
  • Implementation of the training course.

Preparation and dispatch of the evaluation report, delivery of the training certificates and of the training documents in electronic format.
