Training course on financial management

Forhom has been entrusted by the Autorité de Régulation et de Contrôle des Assurances (ARCA) of the Democratic Republic of Congo with the implementation of a 5-day financial management training course in Paris. The specific objectives of the training are as follows:

• Ensure the best possible financial management of the public establishment, taking into account its resources and external constraints

• Review the fundamentals of good financial management for an ‘SME’-type organization

• Step back to validate existing practices and identify potential points for improvement

• Learn about current best practices
