Tailor-made Training Period: “Introduction to the Use of the Workflow Novaxel Pro Tool"

Training in Dubai (June 2018) of the teams of Société Nationale d’Électricité (SNEL), in using the Workflow Novaxel Pro tool.

This tailor-made training course was designed to meet SNEL’s specific expectations and strengthen its capacities in this respect.

The training course, which was both theoretical and practical, was based on the following topics:

• Topic 1: Using the workflow in the company
• Topic 2: Mapping of the internal process

Topic 3: Training on the installation of the software

This 3-day tailor-made training course was facilitated in Dubai by an expert trainer from the Forhom Institute.

The services that were provided are as follows:

• mobilisation of and contracting with the trainer;
• instructional design of the training course and management of the training materials;
• facilitation of the training course;

preparation and dispatch of the evaluation report, the training certificates and documents in electronic format.
