Tailor-made training courses on conducting change, on management and on crisis management

In 2013 and 2014, the Forhom Institute carried out two tailor-made training courses, each lasting for 5 days, within the Egis Group, in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. These training courses were organised on an annual basis for the Ecole Nationale des Régies Financières (ENAREF) within the framework of its continuous training programme.

The first training course, provided for 18 participants and from 19 to 23 August 2013, was on the topic "Managerial leadership and operational management." The training course was facilitated by a specialised trainer, and an executive from the Egis Group discussed the topic of conducting change.

The second training course, in which 27 people participated and which was held from 18 to 22 August 2014, addressed the topic of "Change management and crisis management." Two trainers took part in this training course: the first one addressed conducting change and the second dealt with crisis management.

This involved preparing and facilitating two 5 day-long training courses.

It included setting up the logistics for the training courses and the tourist visits, and providing assistance with the participants' accommodation.
